Our live record
Weekly baskets · tracked recordA hypothetical basket, tracked as published. These are percentage returns, compared over the same dates.
Deepest recorded drop: Top 10 −16.1% · S&P 500 −2.0%. Each drop is measured from that line’s highest point so far.
Tracked from the first basket and never filled in after the fact. One basket a week, set Monday and bought at the first close after it is set; the basket held now counts at the latest close. Results through Oct 16, 2026 — the basket set Oct 19 is not in them yet; it counts from the first close after it was set.

Inside the weekly basket
Public signals
Every rule whose past tests beat similar stocks by more than luck would explain adds to a stock’s score — including rules we are still confirming on new trades, marked Research only. Each counts by the low end of its tested range, its number of tries and how fresh its signal is. Congress and executive-branch trades are excluded from this basket.
10-stock basket
The ten highest-scoring stocks to buy make the basket. The score considers rule agreement, past tests and signal freshness. No sector can fill more than four spots.
Rebalance weekly
A new basket is set on Monday using the first fresh data of the week. It stays fixed for that week, and its hypothetical record follows the baskets as published.
Questions
How are the 10 chosen?
We test every rule on years of past data. Every rule whose past tests beat similar stocks by more than luck would explain counts toward the stocks it fires on — including rules we are still confirming on new trades, which their pages mark Research only; rules that need a fresh test do not count. Each stock gets a score from how many separate kinds of public records agree, how well their rules tested and how fresh their signals are. The 10 highest-scoring stocks to buy make the basket. No sector can take more than 4 of the 10 spots. Congress and executive-branch trades are never used here — they stay free everywhere else on the site.
When does it change?
Once a week. A new basket is set on Monday, on the first fresh data of the week, and it stays the same all week.
Is the record real or a test?
Tracked as published. It follows a hypothetical basket from the first week, using recorded market prices, and is never filled in after the fact. It does not represent actual trades. The "if past tests hold" numbers are forecasts from past tests, and they say so — they are not the record.
Why are only 2 of the 10 free?
The top 2, the live record, the sector mix and past weeks are free, so you can judge the Top 10 before you pay. Members see all 10 every week. Every week older than 90 days shows all its stocks to everyone.
Hypothetical, not investment advice. The Top 10 is a research basket built from patterns in public records. Its forecasts come from past tests; the live record follows the weekly baskets, not real trades. Past results don't promise future ones.
